London: British Afghan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BACCI) joins the British government in representing the private sector on Britain’s business relations with Afghanistan in the London Conference on Afghanistan.

BACCI Chairman Dr Mohammad Hotak met senior diplomats from US Embassy, French Embassy, German Embassy and British Embassy in Kabul as well as private sector leaders before the conference in London.

In London, BACCI leadership joined the Economic Roundtable chaired by President Ashraf Ghani and Minister of DFID Justine Greenings.

During the conference, Dr Hotak joined Chief Executive Dr Abdullah Abdullah and Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry CEO Mr Nustra in congratulating the CEO of Omaid Bahar Fruit Processing Company for signing a multimillion pound deal to supply pomegranate concentrate to the British company Pomegreat Juice.

BACCI leadership also hosted all the important private sector leaders and businessmen attending the conference for an exclusive dinner.
